Q: All dresses shown are in stock ?

A: Not all products on the site are in stock in the showroom, but we can make in our creative workshop,
it lasts 2-5 days, depending on the date of your event .
Q: What materials are made the products ?

A: The products are made from materials of the highest quality: silk, taffeta silk, tulle silk,
silk satin, Chantilly lace, lace applications, lace macrame, cotton lace, tulle, embroidery, handmade,
Swarovski crystals, feathers natural swans, pheasants, rooster, natural planking .

Q: Any adjustments (shortened, tight etc.) is made by you ?

A: The adjustments that do not involve design modifications (shortened, straits) are made for free . Other
design modifications (added straps, sleeves, cord, added cups, appliqués etc.) are chargeable . All items
must be paid in full prior to making any changes .
Q: Why is it necessary to make an appointment before visiting the showroom ?

A: We want to be able to get all our attention and ensure that you allocate enough time for a relaxing
atmosphere to help us find together the perfect model, so please contact us at 0756656330 or send email
to contact@ramelle.ro, before coming to the showroom . We ask that before coming to the appointment,
you write down the dress codes you’re interested !

Q: Can I order a product even if you do not live in Bacau ?

A: Yes, that is precisely why we launched this website as an online store, so that every person,
regardless of location (even from abroad) can take possession of one of the models sold by our company .
